ce qui rest à faire c'est le faire partir manuellement en allant dans C:\Program Files\BitDefender et C:\Program Files\Common Files\BitDefender et supprimer les fichier complètement

c'est que j'avais effectuer cette procédure car je l'avais lu quelque part et que malgré tous quand je fais le scan hijackthis il n'est plus dans le scan mais par contre il se retrove dans le log
donc je ne m'explique pas ce phenomene c'est pour cela que je fais appel a vous
toute facon dans C\Program Files il n'y a plus de dossier bit defender bizarre ?

j'avais deja fais cela mais j'ai recommencer pour le plaisir cela ne change rien je pense toute facon j'ai toujours eu des soucis avec cet antivirus que j'ai quand meme acheter 80€ pour trois pc pour l'instant il fonctionne corectement sur un seul pc avec windows xp familiale bizarre je joins un log hijaLogfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2

comme vous pouvez le voir les deux lignes 023 bit defender sont toujours dans le log mais pas dans le scan?

bonjour et encore merci je viens de lire votre conseil je vais faire ce que vous me conseillez mais je tenais a dire que depuis que j'ai virer bitdefender pour kaspersky version payante cela vat beaucoup mieux je viens de faire un scan avec cleaner mode normal la je suis en train de faire un scan avec spyboot car cela faisait longtemps et il a deja trouver un mouchard qui se nomme exactement
"ISearchTechnology.WinButler" je continue le scan ensuite je fairai hijackthis et je redemarre comme vous le conseillez a bientot merci beaucoup

Tu relance hijackthis, mais là tu clique juste sur faire un scan, ensuite tu sélectionne les lignes puis,

Fais moi quand même un scan complet avec kaspersky.

bonjour merci pour l'aide que vous m'apporter excusez moi si je cafouille un peu mais la je vais faire le scan complet avec malwarebytes' anti- malwaere cela risque d'etre long d'apres ce que j'ai lu a lors a bientot

attention il y a toujours les 2 antivirus sur ton pc.

fait ceci

Telecharge malwarebytes

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp.

PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

donc j'ai reussi a faire en mode sans echec msnfix + c cleaner mais je n'ai pas de log alors j'envoie un raport hijackthis merci encore
