Ben c'est ce qu'il s'est passé je crois au premier redémarrage, depuis j'ai pas essayé de redémarrer mais je peux essayer... Au pire je recommencerai une troisième fois...

@DamiwanEt peut être sélectionner "démarrage normal" dans msconfig, qu'est-ce que t'en penses?

En tout cas j'avais bien fait de télécharger les pilotes hier... ça servait à rien pour le clavier mais ça mest utile pour leson... Là, ça marche, mais j'ai toujours pas l'icône volume ds la barre des taches...

Alors, j'ai suivi ces instructions http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 2355123 sony vaio vgn fs215e pas de son#4 puis redémarré aussitôt. J'ai entendu le son classique de fermeture de Windows, j'ai levé les bras au ciel genre YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS. Mais quand Windows a redémarré, plus rien :'(
Je viens de refaire les mêmes manips. Le son est là, Deezer, Itunes, ça marche. Mais j'ai peur de redémarrer...
Je laisse en veille, je dois sortir... Je verrai en fin d'aprem si tu me suggères quelque chose...

@DamiwanJ'ai une idée, je vais faire les manips que tu m'avais indiquées, notamment désactiver/réactiver la restauration système puisque dans l'immédiat tout va apparemment bien.

Cet ordi a dû croire qu'on aimait bien galérer... alors il nous a conconcté d'autres petits casse-têtes, semble-t-il...
Dernier en date : "Windows ne trouve pas 'msconfig'. Vérifiez que vous avez entré le nom correctement et essayez à nouveau. Pour rechercher un fichier, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, puis sur rechercher." Moi, j'ai bien fait "Exécuter" msconfig bien sûr...
Bon, je l'ai trouvé en faisant "Rechercher", justement... il y en a deux, un dans C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 et un dans C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries.

Je viens de rentrer... Ma soeur me dit qu'elle n'a plus le son. J'ai peur de m'être réjoui trop vite. Ce foutu keylogger a voulu tout emporter dans la tombe, on dirait.
Le seul son qui sorte de l'ordi est un bip aigu qui remplace le traditionnel "ding" de Windows (son d'erreur). C'est effectivement le seul son que j'aie entendu ces jours-ci, la première fois étant quand combofix s'est enfin lancé. Un bip strident, presque inquiétant... Sur le coup je me suis dit "ouh la... Tout a pété ou quoi?"
Bref, Il n'y a plus d'icône de volume dans la barre des taches. En fait, d'après media player il n'y a aucun périphérique audio installé...
Pour l'instant je voudrais savoir si je peux faire les manips ci-dessus ou pas (tu m'avais dit qu'il fallait en finir avec les dommages collatéraux avant de purger les points de restauration)...
Voilà, désolé...

C'est ce que je me dis aussi... En atttendant je viens de réussir à m'inscrire sur spybot... Je vais quand même essayer de contacter le gars. De toute façon, elle a pas le dvd de restauration ici... Et par Vaio j'ai dans l'idéé que ça peut traîner... Et je t'avoue que je sais même pas réinstaller windows, j'ai jamais eu à formater un pc de ma vie...

Bon tout ça ne sert pas à grand chose... Le seul truc qui sonnait bien "VAIO Control Center", affiche une Runtime Error de Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:

"This Application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

J'ai fait toutes les mises à jours Vaio... ça n'a servi à rien.

J'ai enregistré le laptop sur https://e-support.vaio-link.com/eSupport/PortalJSP/Portal.jsp et j'ai créé un dossier.

J'ai pas pu m'inscrire sur https://forums.spybot.info/archive/index.php/t-36906.html pour contacter le gars qui a eu le même problème.

J'attends des news du support VAIO avant de poster ici http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/forum 2 materiel hardware, je pense...
