I gave my 12-year-old daughter a mobile phone with a blocked plan, 24-month commitment with Bouygues (Universal Mobile). Since the beginning, she has been receiving calls related to an ad posted online. While talking to one of the strangers who called, I learned that he found this number in an ad offering escort girl services! My first reaction was to call Bouygues to request a number change... and there, I was told that it is not possible with a blocked plan!!! I also contacted the police, because we are talking about PROSTITUTION on my minor daughter's phone! I was kindly told that from a criminal perspective, nothing could be done...
