Comment marche Bitorrent

Bonjour, j'ai installé bitorrent 3.4.2 et il me dit d'aller sur un site avec des liens torrent.
Je l'ai fait et des que je clique sur un lien il me dit : "Bit torrent was passed a filename that doesn't exist. Either clear your tempary internet files or righit click the link and save the .torrent to disk first.
Et je n'y connais pas grand chose.
