Bonjour, losque je vais sur internet j'ai des onglets qui s'ouvre avec des pages de pub, nettoyage c cleaner effectuer, j'ai aussi hiisackthis, si quelqu'un pourrait me dire comment faire pour m'en débarasser, merci d'avance

Pour vérifier la présence d'infection :

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

Ton ordinateur est infecté par MagicControl/navipromo, qui s'installe via des programmes dits "gratuits", dont ceux-ci :

Pour désinfecter, merci de suivre exactement cette procédure :


# Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) : 
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur activer ou désactiver le controle des comptes utilisateur 
- Décoche la case "utiliser le contrôle....." puis valide
- Redémarre l'ordinateur


# Désactive le TeaTimer de Spybot (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) :
Lance Spybot --> clique sur Mode => coche Mode avancé => Outils => Résident => décoche la case Résident Tea Timer


# Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, lance Navilog en faisant un clic-droit sur le raccourci présent sur ton bureau et en choisissant "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1

Relance Navilog en faisant un clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog présent sur ton bureau et en choisissant "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" 

Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide. 
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC 
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. 
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même) 
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle. 

Patiente jusqu'au message :

Le bloc note va s'ouvrir, copie/colle ici le rapport, comme tu l’as fait pour l’autre.

De rien ;)

Pour vérifier qu'il n'y a pas d'autres infections :

• Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen" 
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments  détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

• Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici



Puis redémarre ton ordinateur et poste un nouveau rapport RSIT

L'infection navipromo s'est réinstallée !!!  Est-ce qu'un utilisateur de l'ordinateur a réinstallé un des programmes "gratuits" piégés que j'ai indiqué au message 6 ?

Il y a aussi une belle infection de disque amovible...


Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29 et chimay8) sur ton Bureau
• Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut
• Branche toutes tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3 etc...) sans les ouvrir
• Fais un clic-droit sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur" (c'est très important !)
• Au menu principal, choisis nettoyage
• Le pc va redémarrer
• Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt (il doit s'afficher automatiquement, et il est aussi sauvegardé a la racine du disque dur)

Ensuite, relance USBFix, toujours avec tous tes disques amovibles branchés, et choisis Vaccination stp

Fais ce qui suit dans l'ordre :


1) Préparation

• Télécharge et installe CCleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait) : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

• Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau : http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe



2) Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : 
Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec". Aussi, copie/colle toute cette procédure dans un fichier texte et mets-la sur le "Bureau" pour l'avoir à ta disposition. 
Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications. 
Redémarre ton ordinateur, puis tapote sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains PC) avant l’apparition du logo Windows, un menu va apparaître, tu devra choisir de démarrer en mode sans échec. 



3) Désinfection

• Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer. 
Copie/colle le texte suivant dans le cadre « Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved » et clique sur Moveit :

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. Accepte en cliquant sur YES. 

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles 
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log 


• Lance CCleaner : 
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, 
puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.

Enfin, registre --> Chercher des erreurs --> Répare toutes les erreurs (renouvelle cette manipulation jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreur)




4) Vaccination

Ensuite, relance USBFix, toujours avec tous tes disques amovibles branchés, et choisis Vaccination stp




5) Navilog

Enfine, relance navilog et choisis l'option 1 (recherche)
Poste également le rapport


(j'accélère un peu car je pars en vacances demain matin, il faudrait finir avant, je ne voudrais pas t'abandonner en pleine désinfection).

1) Relance navilog, choisis "désinfection manuelle par saisie nom adware" (option 4) et tape ceci : scymmgy

Le nettoyage va se lancer, patience jusqu'à l'apparition du rapport.



2) Télécharge Ad-Remover (de C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

/!\ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours /!\

Lance "Ad-remover" en faisant un clic-droit sur le raccourci et en cliquant sur "Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur", et choisis l'option "B" au menu principal

Coche à l'écran de sélection :
Suppression Eorezo

Puis choisis "S" , le programme va travailler, 





Je n'aurai pas le temps de revenir, je te donne donc tout de suite les conseils de fin de désinfection. Si tu as à nouveau des problèmes, crée un nouveau sujet (dans la partie Virus/Sécurité cette fois) ou poste ici et attend le week end prochain que je revienne ;)


1) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

• Anti-virus : 
Avast était un antivirus convenable il y a quelques années, mais il est dépassé aujourd'hui. Il existe d'autres antivirus gratuits plus efficaces (Antivir ou AVG)
Désinstalle Avast : Commence par supprimer ce qu'il y a en quarantaine, puis fais clic droit sur l'icone d'Avast près de l'horloge --> désactive la protection résidente.
Puis Menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle Avast. 
Si ça ne fonctionne pas, consulte ce lien : Désinstallation d'Avast

Si tu choisis Antivir pour le remplacer, télécharge le ici.

• Anti-spyware :
* Installe Spyware Blaster : il ne prend pas de mémoire, c'est juste un logiciel qui vaccine ton pc contre certaines infections. Il faut le mettre à jour manuellement, tous les 10 jours environ, et activer toutes les protections (« Enable all protection ») 
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

• Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox 3 avec l’extension « AdBlockPlus ». Tu peux trouver des explications ici

• Java n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Il faut d'abord désinstaller l'ancienne version : Ouvre le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> sélectionne toutes les versions de java présentes et désinstalle les.
Ensuite, télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis le site officiel de java : https://java.com/fr/



2) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : ToolsCleaner
Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste.



3) Télécharge et installe CCleaner  (si ce n’est déjà fait) : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).



4) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système (pour créer un nouveau point de restauration sain et éviter le retour de l'infection). 

• Menu démarrer --> clic droit sur ordinateur --> propriétés --> protection du système
• Désactive la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
• Clique sur OK. 

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système.
