Bonjour,
J'ai des soucis avec mon ordi depuis quelques temps : quel que soit le logiciel que je lance, il lui arrive de bloquer sans raison apparente. Les logiciels mettent des "plombes" à se lancer. J'ai passé Bitdefender dessus ainsi que Ad-Aware mais, RAS.... Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

quand sa rame fais ctrl +alt+suppr sur ton clavier et après dit moi si toute ta rame et ton processeur sont utiliser a 100% a+

Je viens de faire ctrl + alt + sup et le résultat est le suivant : UC utilisée à 100 %

alors passe un petit coup de avast et antivir et aussi avg anti spyware dit moi se que tu trouve .

tu fais parcourir tu sélétionne le dossier que tu veux scanner sur ton disque dur puis tu fait submit
