Hello, hello!
First of all, I want to say that this site is great and it helps me a lot.^^
So let me explain my problem:
I formatted a Dell Dimension E521. Everything went very well. At that point, I realized that I was missing the graphics and motherboard driver CDs. So I turned it off and went to download them. Once finished, I returned to this PC (the Dell), pressed the button and surprise: fans running without display.
I then came to the site, used the SEARCH function (Yay!), and found a post where someone had the same problem, and you told them to remove and reinsert the motherboard battery.
I tried it, and the PC started up fine.
But then it displayed “System Battery Low” on the screen. I think it's the same battery that is dead. I just want to be sure.
If that's the case, my battery says "Panasonic CR2032 3V". What information should I keep in mind when buying a new battery?
Also, please let me know if I made a mistake by removing it.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

Good evening...
Don't worry, this battery is just to keep the BIOS data and the time when you turn off the PC...!
It's almost always a CR2032, the brand doesn't matter, you'll find them everywhere...
Just be careful to replace it in the correct orientation, usually with the + visible, and the - against the motherboard....
Best regards,
See you soon -
So if I understand correctly, the "system battery low" refers to the battery....
Thank you for your quick response!
