Unlocking Grundig VHS 715 e VCR

Hello, I have a Grundig VHS 715 video recorder apparently locked by an electronic code, probably accidentally. (AO display). As indicated in the manual I contacted the seller's after-sales service from the time Géant Casino, which no longer knows and directed me to the forum.

If someone can indicate the procedure to unlock it, that would be nice.

      I found the answer on another forum; GRUNDIG's customer service couldn't help me. Here's the procedure as I carried it out: On the remote control: enter the code 4, 9, 3, 4 then "OK" Result: Code "A0" still displayed on the VCR + 4934 and the remote control locked!!!! I removed the batteries from the remote, unplugged the VCR, and restarted everything I repeated the operation with "1" and then, miracle, it worked, I was able to retrieve the stuck cassette as well. Anyway, thanks for your help
