COMMENT SUPPRIMER VIRUS BAGLE... HELP PLEASE!

Question

Bonjour,

Voila j'ai recemment été infecté par un virus qui bloque plusieurs application (parmis lesquelles norton intenet security et spybot).

A chaque fois que je lance une application de ce type j'ai un message du type : "C:/program files/Fichiers communs/Symantec shared/Nmain.exe n'est pas une application win32 valide".

D'après ce que j'ai pu lire sur cetrains foirums , il s'agiraitr du virus BAGLE ou l'une de ses variantes.

J'ai essayé plusieurs petits logiciels (Combofix, Elibagla, ad-aware, ccleaner) pour tenter de le virer mais sans succès. Je ne sais pas si j'ai suivi la bonne demarche.

Je ne parviens pas à supprimer ce satané virus, alors si une ame charitable voulait bien me donner un coup de main je lui en serait très reconnaissant.

Telecharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

--> http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/FindyKill.exe

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

--> Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

--> Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

--> Post le rapport FindyKill.txt

Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Bonjour

Commence par ce qui suit

•	Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.(sur un des 2 liens)
http://pc-system.fr/
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner 
•	Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
•	Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
•	Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
•	Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
•	Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

J'ai bien essayé d efaire des scans en ligne cependant comme norton intenet security est installé , impossible d'installer les controle active X necessaire pour ces scans.

En plus, impossible de desinstaller norton... je desespere :(

Télécharge ici :

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Bon apparement, tout est rentré dans l'ordre, grace a ton utilitaire , j'ai pu desinstaller puis reinstaller norton ainsi que spybot.

Toutes mes applications sont fonctionnelles.

Dois je quand meme faire un scan avec malware removal.com par mesure de precaution???En tout cas,

merci pour ces precieux conseils!!!
