How do you validate the invoice or the commission that has been paid, to ensure that the amount of the commission already paid does not come up the following month?

I would like to change my invoice numbers in the commercial management system: currently 2007xxxx to 2008xxxx and I can't find the solution, thank you for the information.
Hello Nanou, as I can see you seem to know a lot about the EBP software, I work for a company that uses EBP PRO V10. My boss would like me to create items to speed up the quotes... we are in the construction business and have several areas, e.g.: plastering, electricity, painting... The problem is that I can't create items for the different fields, they all end up in the same tab. EBP offers the tabs "works, supplies, labor, equipment, miscellaneous and texts" but I would have preferred to have tabs like "electricity, plastering..." so that the quotes would be easier to write. Do you have a solution??? Hoping I was clear, thank you in advance. Best regards.

Power Boutique recommended EBP to transfer my orders and my clients directly into my management software.

I bought the EBP Commercial Management software and I would like to know how I can make my invoice look somewhat nice and not like the somewhat ugly models (I have to say the word). And I would like to know if many people have the same problems as me. EBP Commercial Management is too complicated. Do you know if EBP exists in EBP Transport?

Right now I am doing an internship and I have installed and configured everything EBP for my company.
Except, of course, for the invoices
So I tried to do:
once the invoice is typed: print: modify the invoice
So if I try doing it this way I get an error: cannot generate the report
cannot compile the program
ReportOnStartPage
So then I dug a bit and tried creating a new file or a new state, impossible. I tried going through the table system and I faced my ignorance because although I vaguely know the basics of how it works, it seemed too complex for me (lol)
So anyway, no matter what I do, I always get that cursed message!!!
I would really like to find a solution for myself (because I've lost my nails from getting frustrated with this thing)
for my boss who gave me the chance to help his company as part of my training
for my exam just in case I am questioned...(knowing that my teachers are very unpedagogical, it's figure it out for yourselves, search on the internet...)

I had the same problem, I called customer support and they told me it was impossible to modify the invoice templates that EBP offers. We can always modify them!
Preview -> modify the template
and there we can position the model on the left or right, make the company number appear or not, etc....

EBP is a good software, a bit complicated at first to master because it offers a lot of possibilities,
you can change the complete settings of your invoices, quotes or others, you can add color and even create different lists according to your needs.
To change the format of your invoices, go to modify the template, save the template under a new name while keeping the .rtu or another designation, then you can either modify the format and give it a new shape, change the colors, or update the internal information, and save it again. You must not move the folders under any circumstances. If you have any issues, I'll leave you my phone number, don't hesitate to reach out at 06 62 52 98 13;

I downloaded the demo version of EBP Devis Facturation Bâtiment Classic 2010.
I have two small questions: how can I set the QTE column with a background color (blue for example)? I went to modify the template, I tried, I can highlight the items, but I can't color the entire column...
Another question, I created 2 quotes for testing and I deleted them, how can I retrieve them? They no longer appear in the dashboard, and if I create a new quote, it numbers it as number 3...
Last question, I used to have my client data in an Access database, is it possible to import it and if so, how can I do it?

Hello, I work in a construction company and we use EBP. However, we are not fully utilizing the capabilities of this software and I would like to know if there are ways to manage barcodes and if there is a better way to manage stocks.
My boss would like me to develop this software which currently only serves us for stock entries and exits, as well as order entry for the various clients we have.
Of course, my secretary takes care of managing invoicing, but could you help me with everything related to the management of potential barcodes?
And also let me know all the little extras I could add to fully utilize this software.
