Supprimer une application

Bonjour,

j'ai une application que je n'arrive pas à supprimer car elle est utilisée par une autre personne (!!)ou un autre programme.
donc il faut que j'arrête ce fameux programme, mais comment savoir lequel?
sais pas si c'est un virus, en tt cas pas détecté par avast.
merci d'éclairer ma lanterne

Si c'est un virus et que avast ne le détecte pas, alors télécharge un autre anti virus. Je te conseille cette adresse (meilleur par feu et antivirus que je connaisse) je te le conseille très fortement:

salut,

l'application s'appelle pc-game super mario bros. ça vien d'e-mule, s'était ds un dossier.rar, que j'ai donc décompressé, et maintenant j'arrive plus à le viré....

je viens de faire analyser le fichier, ce n'est visiblement pas un virus...

maintenant il s'agit d'arriver à le supprimer....

quand tu redemarre l'ordi tapotte F8 est choisie mode sans echec

bon donc je me mets en mode sans echec, je retrouve mon fichier, et je fais supprimer?

si c pour telecharger hijackthis, je l'ai déjà.

veux-tu que je fasse un rapport et que je te l'envoies?

en mm tps on verra comme ça si tt est ok, car parfois je trouve qu'il rame, et je pense aussi qu'il faut que je vire pas mal de programme en doublon...mais c pas trop lesquels.

ok. j'ai telecharger le logiciel, et suis en train de faire une analyse "classique".

pour info, peux tu me dire ds quelle ligne tu vois l'infection, et quel est ça fonction à ce truc?
