Are scanners dangerous?

Hello,
This is a question that may seem strange.
For a photographic project, I'm preparing to scan my head with a flatbed scanner... about 200 times (!)
I plan to close my eyes during the scans, but I wonder if there is still a risk.
I will be using 2 Canon scanners: the 4400F and especially the LIDE90, which works with LEDs... that visually don't inspire too much confidence in me...
In the scanner box, there's just a quick start guide, and the online manual doesn't have a section on "precautions for use"... On Canon's website, where I'm expecting an email, there's nothing like that either.
I hope some can enlighten me on the subject (figuratively speaking :-) and share their experience (with a minimum of seriousness, of course... because it's about my health)
Thank you in advance and long live CCM!

Hi!
El Besso, thank you for your comment!
Well, dangerous things like the waves from mobile network antennas or intensive UV rays... I was thinking of this kind of risk related to recent technologies. Here, indeed, a LED lighting (it must be relatively recent and not correspond to a "classic" scanner) is intended for documents... and not to illuminate a human body (skin, eyes behind the eyelids...) many times (200 scans of my head are planned)
Is it paranoia?
Other opinions, people?

Hello, I did it too with my eyes closed, but just before I saw the light moving from left to right, and when I scanned my head, I felt very tired afterwards. I don’t know if it’s paranoia, but I’m definitely tired.
It's good, it's tested!
No health issues, not even a headache, not even, after about 200 or 300 scans on 2 different scanners, with LED system and traditional lamp system.
Just to clarify:
I closed my eyes
the scans lasted between 15 and 20 seconds, no more
There you go! I hope this will be helpful to some people...!
