Hello,
following a power outage, my computer restarted with the page too large for the screen, meaning that to see the entire homepage, I have to move it around on my screen. What should I do? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

It must be because the settings have changed, try resetting them in Control Panel/Display/settings.

How to know what the settings were before, because I'm not very good at this, and I don't touch those areas of my computer for fear of making mistakes!

Hello,

If this is your PC homepage, right-click anywhere on the screen --> Properties --> Settings --> Resolution, and there you can increase or decrease to restore your normal desktop. Once that's done, click apply before OK to ensure the setting is applied.
If it's your browser: position it completely to the left of your screen, stretch it from the bottom right corner or from the right side, and close it not with the little close cross but with File --> Close, and next time it should open at the correct size...

Luke.

Thank you, Luke, for taking the time to help me solve my problem, but when you talk about the homepage, is it the page that opens when I turn on the computer? If that's the case, the resolution is already at a minimum! And when you talk about the browser, what is my browser? Is it the page that opens when I go online? Because in that case, there is nothing labeled "file" anywhere...
