Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, mon ordinateur semble avoir quelques soucis. Des fenêtres de publicité intempestives apparaissent et Avast me signale sans cesse un trojan mais n'arrive pas à l'enlever. Du coup j'ai changé d'antivirus pour une version d'évaluation de Kaspersky. Je verrai bien...
J'ai tenté plusieurs choses (EasyCleaner, Navilog, Vundofix, Spybot) mais rien n'y fait. Mon ordi semble toujours infecté.

il faut dire ton internet explorer est a la version 6 alors que la 7 est sortie depuis une bonne année...

# télécharger Hoster :

# Dézipper le dossier sur le bureau.
# Lancer Hoster et cliquer sur Restore Microsoft's Hosts File

scan avec
MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.



déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

J'ai suivi la marche à suivre , j'ai lancé Combofix, respecté la marche à suivre et Ô miracle... j'ai relancé Malewarebyte's et plus rien de suspect! Tout est clean.
Merci beaucoup pour vos indications .
Le seul bémol, c'est que j'ai avast comme antivirus et qu'il n'est plus dans ma barre des tâches. Est il vraiment actif?
En tout cas je n'ai pas de message qui m'indique le contraire mais j'aimerai en être sûre.

installe NAVILOG1


Remarque concernant la détection de Navilog1 par certains programmes de sécurités :

Certains fichiers de Navilog1.exe peuvent être considérés comme dangereux et donc supprimés ou neutralisés par certains programmes de sécurités. Ce sont des faux positifs et dans certains cas, vous serez amener à désactiver votre protection le temps du téléchargement/utilisation de Navilog1.
/ !\ Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus et antispyware résident pour que Navilog1 puisse s'exécuter normalement. / !\

Utilisateurs de Windows Vista :

* Afin que Navilog1 puisse fonctionner correctement, il est recommandé de désactiver l'UAC pendant l'utilisation de Navilog1 (Installation, Utilisation). N'oubliez pas dès l'utilisation de Navilog1 terminé à réactiver l'UAC sur votre Ordinateur.

* A chaque fois que vous êtes amené à exécuter Navilog1.bat ou Navilog1.exe pour l'installation, ne double-cliquez pas sur le fichier ou raccourci mais faites un clic droit dessus et dans le menu contextuel choisssez "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Le lancement de l'installation de Navilog1 se fait en exécutant Navilog1.exe

Une fois l'installation terminé, pour lancer le fix :

- en utilisant le raccourci crée sur le bureau : Navilog1
- Via le poste de travail, en exécutant le fichier Navilog1.bat se trouvant dans %program files%Navilog1

Après le choix de la langue et les messages d'avertissement, le menu s'affiche.

Faite le choix 1

Effectue la vérification du système à la recherche de l'adware. Un scan avec catchme de GMER est également éffectué pour Windows XP. Cette analyse peut durer une dizaine de minutes. Patientez alors jusqu'au message «Analyse terminée le ....». Appuyez sur une touche comme demandé et le bloc note va souvrir , Enregistrez-le sur votre disque. Puis Ouvrez-le et Copiez-Collez l'intégralité de ce rapport sur le forum qui vous l'auras demandé.

(si le bloc-note ne s'ouvre pas : Rendez-vous dans votre poste de travail, à la racine du disque C vous trouverez le rapport sous le nom de fixnavi.txt)

Attention : Ne lancez-pas la partie désinfection (choix 2, 3 ou 4) sans l'avis/accord express de l'Helper qui vous as pris en charge sur le forum d'aide ou vous aurez exposer votre problème.

Une version plus récente du service pack est disponible. Les service packs augmentent la sécurité de votre système. Visitez le site de Microsoft Windows update pour télécharger la dernière version du service pack.

Il semble que vous n'utilisez pas d'antivirus ou qu'il n'est pas actif. Seul un antivirus peut vous protéger des nouveaux virus. Vous pouvez regarder ici pour un bon antivirus.

Aucun pare-feu actif n'a été trouvé sur votre système ou le pare-feu que vous utilisez nous est inconnu. Si vous n'utilisez pas de pare-feu vous devriez en télécharger un et l'installer ou activer celui de Windows XP. Telecharge UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Le pc va redémarer

-->Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

Nickel!
Plus de soucis tout marche comme sur des roulettes là. Installé usbfix (le lien visiblement n'est pas le bon mais je l'ai trouvé ailleurs), installé aussi CCleaner, et j'ai fait le test d'envoyer des fichiers joints (je n'arrivais plus à le faire) et ça a marché.
Merci encore pour tout et bonne chance à ceux qui se prennent les cheveux, la preuve que grâce aux bons conseils et infiniment de patience on arrive à bout de ces sales bêtes de virus

si tout c'est bien passé désactive la restauration système pour purger les virus qui seraient dedans puis réactive là : https://www.informatruc.com

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

# Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...
# Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
# Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

ps : pas besoin de m´envoyer le rapport si tout a ete supprimé

Rq : spybot et ad-aware ont sorti de nouvelles versions cette année vérifiez que vous avez la dernière version
