Bonjour,a vous tous voila il y a quelque tem je me suis rendu conte que quelqu un etai connecter sur mon msn an meme temp que moi j en etai pas sur jusqu a hier ou un de me contacte ma dit avoir recu des message d insulte alors que je n etai pas la j ai mi clean virus msn qui ne donne rien aider moi svp queque je peu fair ? merci a l avance

    ---> Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau :
    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
    ---> Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.
    ---> Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
    ---> Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
    ---> Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

    Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

    Ben, selon moi il y a deux solutions : changer d'adresse ou de mot de passe. Ce problème est peut-être dû au fait que tu as mis ton adresse et ton mot de passe sur un site du genre 'voyez qui vous a bloqué', ou quelque chose du genre. Si tu as mis ton mot de passe sur un site internet (autre qu'msn, évidemment), ne cherche plus, c'est ça le problème. Sinon, peut-être que quelqu'un de mal intentionné a deviné ton mot de passe, un ennemi à toi, je ne sais pas ; c'est possible si ton mot de passe était quelque chose comme ta date de naissance, le prénom d'un(e) ami(e), d'un frère, d'une soeur, ton nom de famille, ou un truc tout bête comme 123456.

    Enfin, toujours est-il que le mieux à faire dans les deux cas c'est de changer d'adresse, en principe tu peux toujours te connecter, relève les adresses de tes contacts dans un document World ou sur papier, puis crées une nouvelle adresse et rentre les à novueau (ça permet d'faire un petit nettoyage comme ça, en plus ^^).

    SINON, tu peux aussi allez sur le site d'msn, tu te connectes, tu vas dans 'options' en haut à droite de ta boîte mail, tu vas dans 'autres options', 'Consultation et modification de vos informations personnelles ', puis tu verras quelque chose comme :

    Informations de redéfinition du mot de passe

    Là, tu peux modifier ton mot de passe. ATTENTION ; si le piratage a été effectué par une personne qui te connaît, pense à changer aussi la question secrète !

    ---> Télécharge Toolbar S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.
    * Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
    * Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar S&D.
    * Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
    * Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
    * Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)
