Besoin d'aide iexplorer + basse performance

Bonjour et merci d'avance à ceux qui consacrerons de leur temps pour m'aider,

Depuis quelque temps mon ordinateur (windows XP, intel pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz; 3.19 GHz, 512 Mo de RAM) présente des baisses de performances: ralentissement, fenêtre bitdefender du réseau et de l'activité des fichiers pertubée, jeux qui bloquent... J'ai constater alors que j'utilise firefox que de nombreux iexplore.exe sont ouvert dans fenetre de processus.
J'ai procédé à un scan général avec: bitdefender internet security 2008 (qui est mon antivirus, firewall etc...) + AVG antispyware + scan avec The cleaner... les problèmes persistent....

S'il vous plait aidé moi à nettoyer tout ça...

J'utilise Ccleaner. Je poste en lien mon scan HijackThis.

      Petit rajout: j'ai eu age of empire qui a bloqué aujourd'hui plusieurs fois et j'ai maintenant ~f1d055.tmp qui est affiché dans ma fenêtre de processus. Je ne sais pas si tout cela est lié mais je préfère donner le maximum d'informations.

    Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

    Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

    ? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

    ? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

    Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

    - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

    /!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

    - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

    - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

    ? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

    ? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

    ensuite fait ceci

    Clique sur ce lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
    Clique sur navilog1.exe pour télécharger navilog1
    Choisis Enregistrer

    et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le bloc note.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

    Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries.
    Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clique droit > Extraire tout.)
    Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu.
    Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
    Clique sur Search For Updates.
    Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.
    Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
    Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
    Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
    Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
    Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log
    (c:\JavaRa.log)
    Ferme l'application.

    ensuite reposte un log hijackthis stp

      Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande"... Il ne me demande pas d'autorisation, il me dit juste: "Be sure you are connected to the internet" alors que je le suis... et rien ne se passe...

    Clique ici

    Choisis la première ligne de téléchargement puis installe java.
    En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.
    Quand l'installation a réussi, ouvre le panneau de configuration >
    Ajout/suppression de programmes et supprimes les anciennes versions (de java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.
    Fais cela pour chacune d'elle, une a une, fais redémarrer ton PC quand cela te le sera demandé .

    supprime toutes tes version java via panneau de configuration ajout /suppresion mais garde la version 1.6.7

      Si tout va bien sur le log, je voulais te demander une aide complémentaire... relativement souvent windows indique que ma mémoire virtuelle est insuffisante. Je voulais savoir si l'utilisation de bittorent est lié à cela, dans le cas où l'on seed des fichiers nortament ? Comment régler au mieux ma mémoire virtuelle de façon générale ?

    1- Télécharges : - CCleaner
    https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
    Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
    Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

    ! déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
    * vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
    * vas dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

    ( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )

      juste avant cela j'ai besoin de savoir comment bien utiliser le nettoyeur... je m'explique: dans le tuto transmit que je connaissais déjà, il n'est pas très prècis sur ce que je dois cocher dans les onglets windows et applications pour effectuer un bon nettoyage... Si je coche tout, des emplacements cités correspondent à des fichiers professionnels que je ne voudrais pas perdre... que me conseil tu de cocher?

      Pour précision, ce fchier était apparu dans les processus juste après qu'un jeu (age of empire légal) plante... peut être que si je redémarre on repartira sur des bases saines..
