Music from Cold Case Season 3 Episode 13

At the very beginning of episode 13 of season 3 of Cold Case (which is called "Beginning," precisely), we hear a few seconds of a piano theme that I recognized because I had already heard it in an episode of "CSI."
None of the Cold Case music sites list this music, probably because the musical excerpt is too brief.
Does anyone have an idea?

      In reality, it is a musical theme that plays just before "Hooked on a Feeling," in the opening sequence.
      I suppose it is not long enough to have been listed in the music from Cold Case.
