Disable my voicemail 3103

I confirm, do 1014, verbally state after the voicemail prompt "please state your request", "stop voicemail", the response will be "request for confirmation of the voicemail stop for phone number xxxxxxxxxxxxx" verbally state "yes" which will be confirmed by the voicemail: "voicemail stop confirmed as soon as possible"

While searching a bit on the Orange website, I found out how to choose after how many rings to trigger the voicemail (up to 8 allowed).

By default, the activation of Voicemail 3103 is set to 20 seconds or after 4 rings. You can change this number of rings from your landline and set your voicemail to be triggered after one to eight rings.

This setting is done in seconds in multiples of 5, with one ring lasting about 5 seconds.

From your landline, proceed as follows:

1-Pick up your handset, wait for the tone.

2-Dial without pausing, the sequence:

* for one ring: star 6 1 0 star 5 pound (what a crazy idea???)

* for two rings: star 6 1 0 star 1 0 pound

* for three rings: star 6 1 0 star 1 5 pound

* for four rings: star 6 1 0 star 2 0 pound

* for five rings: star 6 1 0 star 2 5 pound

3-You will hear "Your request has been accepted and recorded". You can hang up your handset.

So the solution is simple. You set your 3103 voicemail on the Orange portal to 9 rings and your personal voicemail to 6 rings, and your standard voicemail will take precedence.
Don't try to disable the 3103 voicemail while being in total unbundling (i.e., with unlimited phone on the Livebox), as it's impossible.

I can't deactivate 3103.

When I call 3103, it responds that "all lines of your correspondent are busy," even though it's the answering machine line.

3000 doesn't accept my line because I'm with NC.

1014 doesn't have a voicemail, I need a landline number, and the waiting time is ..., not free if I'm not a France Télécom customer.

The codes don't work; it says they're erroneous.

What should I do?

I'm in the same situation as you. I would like to disable 3103.
Problem: MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!
3103 from 9 Télécom keeps notifying me, through a blinking light, that I have messages (more than 30 times a day on average).
When I dial 3103, here's the message I hear: "this number is currently not in service" (???). Once, I was told to dial *9... nothing! It always hangs up on me.
How can an 'invalid direction' 'call' 30 times a day?!
I used to be subscribed to Cub Internet before: no problems! Since C.I was taken over by 9... it's a mess!

If you are still bundled, it's very simple – just follow the Orange tutorial on their website. If you are unbundled, it gets a bit more complicated because access to 3103 is cut off and 1014 does not recognize this issue. However, after extensive and long searches, I found it; everything is done with the specific settings of your phone, where in the answering machine settings there is an option for either online voicemail or phone voicemail. In the case of online voicemail, it asks you to enter a number, delete 3103, and enter the voicemail number of your provider with whom you are bundled. I recommend opening the manual of your answering machine or downloading it; it’s faster. Sorry, but the problem is only seemingly resolved: whether using 2 - 4 - 2 or 2 - 4 - 1, there is always a voice that answers the caller after 5 rings, telling them that the person called cannot answer at the moment; the voicemail is therefore not completely disabled. I think of an elderly person who "benefits" from this voicemail; she needs the phone to ring much more than 5 times to have enough time to get to the phone; however, the "service" from France Telecom makes her miss her correspondent.

There seems to be no way to stop this messaging service via 3103.

I haven't tried making my personal voicemail pick up the call before the voicemail (less than 5 rings, I think), but I will try.

In the worst case, I'll ask to stop this messaging service via 1014.

me too, it took me some time: dial 3103 then 2 and 4 and 2 to stop the voicemail - you hear From now on the voicemail will no longer take your calls

In response to Polena (Thank you very much because it's really very annoying!!! this option finally for me...) it works very well but be careful only from the fixed line France Télécom free call... (not possible from the live box line...)
