[Mozilla Firefox] Processus Bloqué

Bonjour,

Lorsque je navigue avec Mozilla Firefox, il se met à bloquer au bout de peu de temps...
Je quitte en cliquant sur la croix. Quand je tente de le relancer, il m'affiche un message d'erreur me disant que firefox est déja utilisé et ne peut être lancé.
Je vais donc dans le gestionnaire des tâches et je voit le processus firefox.exe... Je l'arrête et je relance firefox qui marche... mais refait ensuite le même scénario.
Ce problème persiste depuis plusieurs jours.

Nan pas trop à vrai dire...
Ah, il y a quelque chose. Depuis quelques temps, j'utilise un logiciel qui fait en sorte que la boîte Hotmail s'ouvre avec Mozilla Firefox... ça vient peut-être de là. Le logiciel est nommé StuffPlug.

essaye de le désinstaller, avec CCLEANER pour voir ?

Non, pour l'instant j'ai désinstallé ce fameux logiciel. Si le problème persiste, j'installe les mises-à-jour. Pourrais-tu m'indiquer où les trouver ? Merci.
