Bonjour,

mon pc portable est tres lent il doit y avoir un virus, pouvez- vous m'aider?

Je n'ai pas d'antivirus ni spywar car c'est pire, ça rame encore plus

Salut à tous

Si c'est un portable qui a été reformaté. J'ai plus l'impression que c'est un problème de poussières que de virus.

Faut dévisser tout les panneaux qui s'enlèvent et chasser la poussière avec une bombe d'air comprimé et un aspirateur (retenir les hélices des ventilateurs pour ne pas les faire tourner, une hélice qui tourne trop vite à l'envers peut endommager l'ordi). Un ordinateur trop chaud ralentit et peut même finir par arrêter.

merci, en fait j'ai réussi à joindre l'ami qui a réparé mon pc portable, le problème est dû à une barrette de mémoire manquante. Et oui, il m'en manque une de 256ko car au lieu d'avoir 512, je n'ai que 256 ko. Voila l'explication mais merci a ts de m'avoir aidé.

Salut, on va voir si tu es infecté :

- Télécharge HijackThis Version 2.02 :
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

- Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.
- Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation
- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept
- Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file
- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

Démarre en mode sans échec, relance hijackthis et refais "do a system scan and save a logfile".
Redémarre l'ordinateur en mode normal pour avoir la connexion internet et poste le rapport.

Pour redémarrer en mode sans échec :

Cliques sur Démarrer
. Cliques sur Arrêter
. Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage
. Appuis sur la touche F8 sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît
. Utilise les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec
. Puis appuis sur ENTRÉE
. Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre
une fois démarré ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et les icônes ne sont pas comme d'habitude.

non j'ai rien touché. Par contre j'ai un ami qui a réparé lordi car javais un virus de cafards, il a tout réinstallé c'est peut etre a cause de ça?

Génère un rapport hijackthis "do a system scan and save a logfile".
Redémlarre et poste le rapport fait en mode sans échec.
