SIM card registration failure

Hello everyone
I'm discovering this nice forum.

Basically, I've had an Orange SIM card for 6 years: perfect
I've been using a Nokia N70 for several months (sorry if I'm mistaken, it's not really my thing)

For no apparent reason, I received an error message when trying to turn it back on: SIM card registration failure
I tried inserting it into another Nokia that works fine (also Orange) and the same issue: SIM card registration failure with my card

Incomprehensible to me :(((
It hasn't been dropped or anything...

I'm using a SIM card uh without a subscription
Actually, I use a card that I buy in stores from time to time to keep my number, I'm within the time limits (this phone is only used for voicemail.)

Thank you for your help.
If there’s no solution, do you have a toll-free number to call from a landline?
I saw on this forum that the number is: 0800 684 429, is this the right number for this kind of issue?

Thank you for your help
Best regards: Me
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.3

Hello
Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, it's worse than that :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
I'm disgusted, fed up, and disheartened

They completely DELETED MY NUMBER (yes, you read that right)

Can you believe that???

I've been loyal to my number for 6 years. I recharge every time to keep my number
I guess I'm not an interesting enough customer because: "Mobicarte," and since this phone is only for receiving calls, I only recharged once a year 25 euros that I "wasted" just to keep it.

The worst part of the story is that I am a volunteer Healing Magnetizer, and the people who are suffering have only known this number for 6 years and won't know how to reach me anymore. I am furious; I broke down in tears after discussing for 1.5 hours with all the Orange representatives I could reach.

I still can't believe it. To the point that I had a terrible drop in blood pressure all afternoon.

Usually, I would receive a text warning me. Usually, I would recharge once a year, and this time, I recharged at Easter, and they tell me: it's been 6 months, 2 days, and 17 hours since........ you made a call, so we deleted this number
Around Easter, I even received a little card in the mail urging me to recharge to keep my number, which I did immediately

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS STATED IN THE 2002 CONTRACT REGARDING THIS MATTER?

Moreover, the father of the children who could contact them if he decides to will no longer be able to do so... It's a hassle, it's sad? I'm furious for them.

They tell me to write to Bordeaux................... at a time when everything is done via email and internet with fiber optics, Orange is regressing to paper and pencil, and I learn that: I should probably be able to recover it in 6 months :((((((((((((( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No matter how much I tell them that it's impossible for them to do this to me, I am faced with a wall.

How can a company like Orange act this way?

When will they cut off my phone or my internet connection???

Yes: I am disgusted thinking of all those people in pain who will feel just like me: ABANDONED? as if today's suffering should be overlooked "like a phone number"

Thank you for your support
