virus quand tu nous tient!

Bonjour,

voila j'avais il y a quelques semaines procédé a la desinfections de ma propre machine et la c'est autour de celle de mon pére qui en as vraiment besoin ... 

demarrage tréééééééés long ( page internet trés longue a s'afficher,  un tas de choses qui ne vont pas) , une eternité je dirai meme , 

merci de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporté

Comment copier/coller le rapport :


Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

ok... Y a quelques toolbars infectées dans ton PC... Fais ceci stp :

&#x25B6; Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau

(c est le numéro 6 en bas de la page) :  
 

&#x25B6; Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 
&#x25B6; Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 
&#x25B6; Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée. 
&#x25B6; Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche. 
&#x25B6; Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

ok maintenant :

&#x25B6; Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.
&#x25B6; Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". 
 /!\ Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression ! 
&#x25B6; Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici. 

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches. 
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..." 
Tape explorer puis valide.


ensuite :

tu as surement une infection bagle...fais ceci stp :

&#x25B6; Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

&#x25B6; Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

&#x25B6; Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

Mais de rien...apres fais ceci stp :

&#x25B6; Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir


&#x25B6; Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

&#x25B6; Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)


/!\ il y aura 2 redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

&#x25B6; ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt

 * Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
 * Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides 


ensuite :


&#x25B6; Rends toi sur ce site : 
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp 
&#x25B6; tout en bas de cette page tu trouveras un outil 
à télécharger,clique sur "escargar Elibagla" (le numéro de version change au fur et à mesure des mises à jour) 
&#x25B6; installe ce fichier sur le Bureau. 
&#x25B6; ensuite double-clic sur Elibagla.exe 
&#x25B6; laisse la case "eliminar ficheros automaticamente" coché 
&#x25B6; clique sur"explorar" 
&#x25B6; laisse-le travailler 

&#x25B6; Redémarre en mode sans échec, 

*Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter. 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5). 

&#x25B6; relance 2 fois elibagla 

&#x25B6; redémarre en mode normal 

&#x25B6; poste le rapport final qui sera dans c:\infosat.txt 

ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

j'ai suivi a la lettre tes conseils pas utiliser lordinateur pendant la suppression , il as redemarrer de lui meme deux fois ensuite au second redemarrage j'ai cliquer sur le nom a mon pére pour rentrer dans window et ensuite lecran findykill est apparut ..

je vient de cliquer sur une touche et il est marquer nettoyage de la base de registre a present , a lisntant je vois nettoyage des fichiers temporaires ^^ 

je crois que c'est bon non?

d'accord , c'est vraiment trés trés long ( deja 20 minutes et il n'a  seulement analyser que 30 milles fichiers en mode sans echec!)

je te posterai le rapport des que l'analyse sera terminer , de la patience beaucoup de patience .

ps: je voulais aussi vous dire que quand j'etein le pc de mon pére en mode normal il me trouve 6 mise a jours qui s'effectue automatiquement et lorsque que je le rallume et reintein  il me remet ses 6 mises a jours >> étrange ..

a ce soir 21 heures c'est trés gentil de votre part de maider

bonsoir ,
depuis 11h45 je me bat avec lordinateur a mon pére .. analyse malwarebytes' qui n'a trouvée aucun infections ensuite j'ai desinstaller lantivirus a mon pére et j'ai installer Avira antivir personal ( version gratuite ) aprés une heure 45 d'analyse il n'a trouvée aucun virus , la j'ai une tete grosse COMME CA!!

l'ordinateur et tjr aussi lent , long quand j'ouvre une page internet et aussi long pour l'ouverture d'un programme 

gros probleme concernant les mise a jours de windows .. il me demande sans arret de redemarrer lordinateur pour que les mises a jour soir effectuée et quand je redemarre il me remet le meme message " veuillez redemarrer maintenant pour que les mises a jours soit effectuées " 

je n'en peu plus avez vous une solution ?

merci de votre aide , je suis au bord de la depression actuellement

alors je pense que la meilleure solution c est d aller t acheter une version originale de windows XP avant la fin de l année... Car à partir de 2009, XP ne se vendra plus mais les mises à jour se feront encore jusqu en 2014
