REMOVE MY COMPUTER'S MELTDOWN

Question

Hello, these days when I restart or turn on my computer an error message appears:

'remove disk or other media press any key to restart'

without leaving any way out so I am forced to turn off my computer abruptly (by pressing the power button of the computer)

I would like to know its meaning and how to solve this problem

ps: I have anti-spyware (Spybot)
firewall (ZoneAlarm)
antivirus (Avast Family)
I also have CCleaner and another software to repair registry errors

I have scanned everything but the problem persists

ps: I have a question off-topic but I have all these software + configured Firefox + Proxomitron but I have web windows that keep popping up without me wanting them to (about 1 per minute) and it is really starting to annoy me

I even blocked pop-ups with Yahoo and with my default internet, the problem persists

Check if there is a USB drive or a CD inserted into the central unit. Remove them and restart the computer. It should work.

Your system disk should be set as the first boot, if it's recognized.
No floppy disk in the floppy drive, and
for the other problem, there are ad blocker software, but
you should already reset your security zone to default, just to see
because it could just be that that's the cause.

Try taking apart your computer and reconnecting all the cables from your hard drive, then start the computer and see if it still happens.
