Hello,
I am asking how I can defend myself against a withdrawal made without my authorization by the French company RAD
This withdrawal amounts to 50.12 euros.
I find myself helpless in the face of this problem and I am waiting for testimonies from people who have already experienced such a hassle.
There was a person who had gone through the same situation, but you deleted their testimony on the grounds that it was not in line with the theme of the site.
I am very interested in any help that could be offered to me in order to defend myself.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
flo 66

Hello!
Aren't you a SFR customer? Société Française de Radiotéléphonie... It's true that the names of the beneficiaries of direct debits are not always clearly identified: purchases from X, withdrawal by Y..., truncated name (like yours...). This doesn't make it easier to check bank statements...
Have a good evening...

Hello, this is indeed a debit from SFR. You need to compare the amount with your bill, and it corresponds. They just changed the wording. Have a good day, everyone.

You must be subscribed to SFR; it's just the direct debit for the subscription, it only changed its name.
