Garmin 200 won't turn on.

Hello,
I have a Garmin 200 GPS that I use every day.
I used it earlier this afternoon and a little while ago it wouldn't turn on.
It's not a battery issue because even when connected to the charger, it doesn't work.

    Oh wow, I have a Garmin 200 that won't turn on either! When I try to power it on, a loading bar appears on the screen, but when it reaches the end, the GPS turns off. Strangely, when it's plugged in, it does the same thing but doesn’t turn off; the loading bar fills up, and then when it reaches the end, it starts over again...
    I've only had this GPS for a month...
    Do you know what to do?? Are there any actions to take? Plus, I’ve lost the receipt...

    Same problem with the 255W, the next day it turned back on.
    Then today, here it is not turning back on anymore.
    Annoying.
