Bonjour,
Tout d'abord je tiens a preciser que je suis debutant en informatique.

Voila mon probleme :
Depuis peu mon ordinateur a un probleme en effet je ne peut plus installer d'antivirus, je perd ma connexion internet regulierement.
Tous les nouveaux programmes installés, un message arrive lors du lancement :
"chemin de l'application n'est pas une application win32 valide".

Meme message pour lancé Hijackthis.

Seul malwarebytes a pu etre installé correctement. Après un scan il n'a pas pu effacer deux choses :
C:\windows\system32\wintems.exe
C:\windows\system32\drivers\hldrrr.exe

    réactive la restauration après redemarrage de ton ordi puis essaye de faire un rapport hijakchits

    puis malwarebyte

    et comme ton norton est finit: vire le comme ceci:

    ok il faut virer les cracks car si il en reste des infectés bagle revient... Désactive ta restauration puis redémarre ton ordi puis réactive la . Vire ce qui est en quarantaine dans antivir et malwarebyte. Recolle un rapport findykill option 1. Ét dis si encore des soucis

    refais findykill option 2

    télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

    et enregistre le sur le bureau.

    déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

    désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

    double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

    à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

    réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

    copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
