Bonjour, a toutes et a tous
voila ca fait 2 jour que je fait des scans sans arrets avec 4 logiciels differents:
mbam, avira, bit defender( en ligne ) et ad aware
et pour causes le pc commence a ralentir puis se " fige ",puis
plus rien ne fonctinne durrant 3 ou 4 minutes ,
apres ca un seul click et tous se fige a nouveau (utilisation du pc quasi impossible)
tous les logiciels me trouvents des veroles, ils me disents
parfois de redemarer et quand c est fait
, un peu plus tard (je crois que c est reparer)
rebelote , retour a la case depard il ralenti pui se fige a nouveau ...
sans fin.
merci de m aider a resoudre ce probleme

Télécharge sur le bureau

= Clic-Droit sur MSNFix.zip
= Extraire ici ( ou extraire sans confirmation ou tout ou unzip)
= Double-Clic sur le dossier MSNfix qui vient de se créer
= Double-Clic MSNfix ==> Symbole roue dentée
= Choisir R
= Choisir ensuite N ( si infection)
= Enregistre le rapport
redémarre le PC et relancer MSN tu sauras ainsi si tout est supprimé
ensuite

* Double-clique sur ToolBar-SD afin de lancer l'installation, un raccourci sera ajouté sur le Bureau.
* Double-clique dessus pour démarrer l'outil; choisis la langue.
* Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" (Elévation des privilèges), puis -> Continuer.
* Tape 2 puis sur la touche [Entrée] afin de lancer la suppression.
* Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* À la fin du scan, le rapport s'ouvrira dans le Bloc-notes.
* Poste ce rapport, par copier/coller, dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Le rapport se trouve également sous : C:\TB.txt

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
* Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
--> Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
Note : Les deux rapports sont également sauvegardés %systemroot%\rsit

ok j ai redemarer le pc, msnfix est en execution
le rapport precedent selechnet est vide
il y a des nouveaux dossiers dans le dossier msnfix cree sur le bureau
le 2 me scan de msn est positif "infection presente"
je continu donc le netoyage (que j ai stopper la derniere fois par erreur )

Télécharge malwarebytes

Une aide pour l'installation

=> Lance malwarebytes
=> Coche "Executer un examen complet"
=> Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"

=> Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
=> Fait copier coller et poste le rapport
