How to retrieve the synsoacc.dll file

Bingo!

I had the same thing. Cubase SX3 (the chemical formula version of water; o)!!

I copied/pasted the driver synoacc.ddl into C:\WINDOWS\system32. I restarted Cubase but nothing!

I reinstalled Cubase (just the cherry on top) and bingo, it works again, PHEW!!!!

Thank you for your advice. I have already downloaded it but it still doesn't work. In fact, every time I try to open the software, the following messages appear.
"An error has been signaled by the protected object server. File SYNSOACC.DLL could not be located in the Windows system folder"
I click OK and the other message appears: "The introduction at 0x00d712es uses the memory address 0x000000 the memory cannot be read.

I believe I copied it in the right place.

Otherwise, try reinstalling it.

Do you recommend that I reinstall the software or Windows altogether? I've reinstalled the software several times, but nothing works. And as for Windows, I can no longer retrieve the numbers from the authenticity key displayed on my computer.

Actually, I was able to find the right folder to install the synsoacc.dll file. But I have another problem. When I try to launch my software, an error message displays "0000 unknown request" followed by another message saying "runtime error". What does that mean, please? I don't know much about computers. Hi!! Argh, I just had the same problem but with Fruity Loops!!
I tried reinstalling Fruity Loops, but nothing works, I can't find the "synsoacc" file!!
I tried on another computer, the same thing!!

So does anyone know where to place this famous "synsoacc" file? I would like to try with the downloadable file mentioned a bit earlier in the forum!! This is my last resort!!

Anyway, I'm really disgusted, it's not the first time this happens to me, and each time I end up reformatting Windows and reinstalling all the sound plugins..., it would really piss me off to go through that again!!

download the updates for Cubase (according to your version) I had a problem with Cubase LE4 and now it's fine...however, if you uninstall the program to try to reinstall it, make sure to check the location where it was installed to ensure there are no leftover folders, also check in my documents.

To remedy the problem, I had to completely remove Windows Media and reinstall the software, since then I haven't had any issues with the synsoacc.dll file. I had made several attempts to recover the synsoacc.dll file, but I always had the problem with Cubase 5. The only way to resolve the issue was to be drastic by doing what I mentioned earlier.
