Virus redirection page web !!!!!!urgent

Bonjour,
depuis hier, quand j'ouvre une page web, je suis redirigé vers une page qui veut que je telecharge un antivirus total ...09, pas de signature numerique., ou sur page (about:blanq?) avec des messages d'erreurs comme quoi je suis infecté, hacké...en plus tout est en anglais ...
Pour naviguer je suis obligé d'ouvrir les pages en nouveaux onglets ou nouvelles fenetres...
Meme sans etre sur le net, quand j explore mes fichiers, une fenetre d'erreurs virus s'affiche mais ne m'empeche pas de travailler
j'ai analysé mon pc avec virtual dual scan, viruscleaner08 et viruskeeper09pro et je ne trouve rien ...
pourriez vous m'aider svp, j'ai bien lu differents post du meme genre a ce sujet mais je suis "amateur" en informatique et je comprends pas forcement tout ds les reponses...
je vous remercie beaucoup de me venir en aide

    Télécharge le fichier d’installation d’Hijackthis en cliquant sur ce lien

    * Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

    * Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

    * Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
    * Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
    * Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
    * Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

    * Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
