Désolé pour ce retard. Mon PC n'a plus voulu démarrer, j'ai donc été obligé de le re-formarter.

Redémarre l'ordinateur en mode sans échec
(tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage ou http://service1.symantec.com/
* Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd
* Sélectionne 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.
A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
* Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici
N.B.: Cette étape élimine les fichiers infectieux détectés à l'étape #1
Attention que l'option 2 de l'outil supprime le fond d'écran !
Ensuite
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

* Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
* Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu,antispyware) provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
* Double-clic sur combofix.exe, il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sûre: accepte.
* /!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne /!\
* Attends que Combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.
* réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
* copie/colle le rapport, le rapport se trouve dans : C:Combofix.txt
* Réactive tes protections en temps réel, Antivirus, Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

Bonjour ep44,
Merci pour ta réponse. J'ai d'autres problemes que j'avais oublié de citer : lorsque mon ordi est connecté à internet, mon PC se bloque au bout d'un laps de temps et je ne peux plus rien faire à part rebooter.
Avant d'avoir eu ta réponse j'ai utilisé Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en mode sans échec. J'ai réussi à récupérer les onglets "bureau" et "écran de veille" mais les problemes se sont accentués :
- je ne peux plus me connecter en mode sans échec : mon PC reboote et je suis obligée de redémarrer en mode normal
- ma connexion à internet bloque immédiatement mon PC : je n'arrive même plus à effectuer les mises à jour de Bitdefender
== > en conséquence je n'ai pas pu appliquer la procédure que tu m'as donné (pas de téléchargement possible et pas de mode sans échec)
(message écrit depuis un autre PC à partir duquel je ne peux pas faire de téléchargement)

Merci pour ta réponse. J'ai d'autres problemes que j'avais oublié de citer : lorsque mon ordi est connecté à internet, mon PC se bloque au bout d'un laps de temps et je ne peux plus rien faire à part rebooter.
Avant d'avoir eu ta réponse j'ai utilisé Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en mode sans échec. J'ai réussi à récupérer les onglets "bureau" et "écran de veille" mais les problemes se sont accentués :
- je ne peux plus me connecter en mode sans échec : mon PC reboote et je suis obligée de redémarrer en mode normal
- ma connexion à internet bloque immédiatement mon PC : je n'arrive même plus à effectuer les mises à jour de Bitdefender
== > en conséquence je n'ai pas pu appliquer la procédure que tu m'as donné (pas de téléchargement possible et pas de mode sans échec)
(message écrit depuis un autre PC à partir duquel je ne peux pas faire de téléchargement)

Bonjour,
J'ai fait la manip avant d'avoir les instructions. Manip qui était décrite dans un post sur ce forum. Et depuis je n'ai plus rien fait d'autre à part les rapports.
Je pense que tu ne peux répondre que le soir, alors si quelqu'un pouvait m'indiquer pendant la journée une manip à faire ce serait sympa car à partir de 16h00 et jusqu'à lundi prochain je suis sans internet.

Ensuite applique ce que te demande ep44,
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

* Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
* Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu,antispyware) provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
* Double-clic sur combofix.exe, il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sûre: accepte.
* /!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne /!\
* Attends que Combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.
* réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
* copie/colle le rapport, le rapport se trouve dans : C:Combofix.txt
* Réactive tes protections en temps réel, Antivirus, Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

* Attends que Combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.
* réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
* copie/colle le rapport, le rapport se trouve dans : C:Combofix.txt
* Réactive tes protections en temps réel, Antivirus, Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
Mon ordi se bloque dès que la connexion internet est active : je n'ai donc pas pu télécharger combofix.
je ne peux pas non plus télécharger la procedure pour reparer le mode sans echec. Par contre j'ai trouvé la procédure suivante mais certains disent qu'il ne faut pas l'utiliser :

Merci de me dire si avec les outils que j'ai sur mon PC (smitfraudix, rogueremover, malwarebyte's antimalware, ccleaner, spybot) je peux m'en sortir. J'ai déjà collé les rapports

telecharge a partir de ce pc Combofix copi le sur un cd ou une clé usb
puis tu le transfere sur le pc malade
execute le comme l'explique ep44
en mode normale
on verra plus tard pour le mode sans echec

Malheureusement, je ne peux pas télécharger depuis ce PC.
Par contre si le fichier est en pièce jointe d'un mail, je dois pouvoir le récupérer sur ma clé.

En effet démarrer en MSE via SAFEBOOT peut être très dangereux pour la PC
risque d'avoir écran bleue de la mort.
Il faut travailler via clé ou cd comme ta indiqué sherred,
Et si tu ne poste pas les rapports cela ne peut pas marcher, et si tu poste aussi ailleurs pour te faire aider c
