Erreur d'install 3dsMax8

Bonjour,
Je voulais réinstaller 3ds8 que j'utilise depuis longtemps mais là surprise!
"erreur 1722 : There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your supportblablabla..."

*je suis bien en admin

Voici une traduction de ce log :
1) Vous avez la bonne version de l'installateur Windows de Microsoft.
2) Avant d'installer 3ds8, il a installé DirectX 9 avec succès
3) Avant d'installer 3ds8, il a essayé d'installer DWFViewer. Ceci a échoué. Ce module est probablement corrompu.
L'erreur 11 n'est pas documentée (dans ma version du SDK).
4) Enfin l'installation de 3ds8 échoue. Soit parceque l'installation précédente a raté. Soit parceque ce module a aussi un problème.
1603 : The file [2][3] is being held in use by the following process: Name: [4], Id: [5], Window Title: '[6]'.
1722 : There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action [2], location: [3], command: [4]
Je crois que votre fichier d'installation est corrompu.
