Hello,

are there any skilled individuals in command prompts who can manipulate PCs remotely over a network? Also, can you cancel a shutdown on your PC that was initiated by someone else?

to respond to your message 2, you can use the command "net" to get information about other PCs (provided they have NetBios enabled) "net /?" for more information.
Otherwise, from an IP perspective and server connection, there are also the commands "ping", "netstat", "tracert", and "arp" that might interest you.

do you happen to have a tip for when you're in server mode, to find an IP address of a computer name that’s on the same network... in other words; to know some info about the PC on the network...

where it is said that "shutdown -a" allows to cancel a shutdown. Is it possible to perform actions remotely on other PCs just with cmd?
There is shutdown, net send, maybe one or two print services. Ultimately, it all depends on the services allowed by the remote PC.

Well, yes, to stop a shutdown from the PC, you need to go to Start, run, and type Shutdown -a.
