uh... maybe a bit more precision?
I think I know what you're talking about:
it's under Vista, you can set the screensaver as the desktop background... right?
edit: it also works on Windows 7 but it's better under Vista:
run the command: start bubbles.scr /p65552
you can change it by putting the name of another screensaver.
