Bonjour,
Mon ordi a été infecté par un truc pas cool du tout. Les différents symptomes sont :
Impossible de mettre à jour Avast
Impossible d'accéder à windows update
Tous les résultats de mes recherches google sont tronqués
Impossible d'accéder à certains sites d'anti spyware, forums d'aide...
un processus (quelque fois deux) iexplorere.exe se lancent au démarrage sans ouverture d'une page internet
Des éléments de ma barre de tache qui ont disparus...bref que du bonheur

tu peux le mettre en français en allant dans l'onglet "setting".
met le à jour avant de le lancer, ensuite fait un scan complet de ton ordinateur, supprime tout ce qu'il trouve et envoie le rapport.

Un petit soucis, comme je l'ai mentionné précédemment je ne peux pas faire de mises à jour à cause de mon problème, est ce important ?

Bon ben mes problèmes s'arrangent pas trop, voir ça s'aggrave...
Impossible de faire un scan complet avec ton logiciel, le pc se fige avant la fin et rien à faire à part un reboot manuel.
J'ai voulu essayer en mode sans échec, mon pc se fige au démarrage...j'ai recommence un scan en mode normal, arrêté le scan quand il avait trouvé les malwares puis les ai delete.
Reboot du pc via le logiciel, et là je refais un scan pour voir si ça va jusqu'au bout ce coup là.
Toujours impossible de mettre à jour avast, même après le reboot...

Dernier up avant d'aller me coucher, je reste connecté une demi heure et si pas de réponse je re up demain.
Please m'abandonnez pas...
Malwarebytes fonctionne pas trop mal puisque à chaque scan il me trouve des trojan lol. Je les delete puis les symptomes cessent (j'ai mis à jour avast, windows update était accessible, bref que du bonheur).
Le soucis c'est qu'à chaque reboot du pc, les problèmes reviennent ce qui prouve que les infections ne sont pas completement éliminées.

Please m'abandonnez pas...
Malwarebytes fonctionne pas trop mal puisque à chaque scan il me trouve des trojan lol. Je les delete puis les symptomes cessent (j'ai mis à jour avast, windows update était accessible, bref que du bonheur).
Le soucis c'est qu'à chaque reboot du pc, les problèmes reviennent ce qui prouve que les infections ne sont pas completement éliminées.
