H5-01 error code

Hello,
I have a Sharp MX-M620N copier that shows the error code H5-01 a few seconds after powering on. How can I cancel the code and what is the problem? Can I have the technical manual to help me operate the machine?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
