Hello,
I am looking for the 3 root files for r4. If you have them, could you give me a website where I can find them?

    Hello, I'm copying and pasting for you

    Here are the steps for installing the R4:

    1- Insert the microSD into the USB key
    2- Connect the USB key
    3- Format the microSD (preferably in FAT)
    4- Download this file (it's the latest version newer than the installation CD): http://www.r4ds.com/soft/20-en.htm (file to download: R4 French v1.14 kernel)
    5- Extract the contents of the file, select everything and copy the files (that you just extracted) onto your microSD
    6- Additionally, create a folder named games on your microSD
    7- Place your games in this folder
    Remove the microSD and put it in your R4, connect your R4 to your DS and go go go

    PS: for the English version no problem by putting the drivers above the R4 it will switch to French.

      Put your microSD into the USB adapter and then right-click on it in 'My Computer' and select format
      Note that if it's new, it is already pre-formatted.
