Issue on PSP ERROR C0210005

Hello, I bought the game Madden NFL 08 for PSP.

Before starting the first game, it asked me to update the PSP because the game couldn't run without it.
I played one game, and when I wanted to play again, after launching the UMD, it shows me:

Game start impossible
(C0210005)

WHAT TO DO???
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.16

    I cleaned the UMD disc and I have version 6.20 installed, but the game won't start; it says:
    Unable to start the game.

    What is the version of your PSP, what firmware are you on? Is it an Official Firmware or a Custom Firmware?

    Try to update to a more recent firmware (the latest Official Firmware as of now is 4.05 and the latest Custom Firmware is 4.01 M33-2).

    Otherwise, borrow a DDC Kit to reinstall an Official Firmware or a Custom Firmware on your PSP.

      Your firmware is 3.51. The firmware is the system software installed on the PSP to allow you to use it.

      So, you are on Official Firmware (especially since you updated to 3.51 from the game).

      Therefore, you can update to 4.05 by going to the Network Update menu (if you have internet access via your PSP); otherwise, using your PC, go to https://www.playstation.com/fr-fr/ and click on "I accept" at the bottom to download the 4.05 update. Copy this eboot.pbp file into PSP/GAME/UPDATE (create the UPDATE folder if it does not exist). Apply the update via the Game menu.

    There's something fishy going on...
    I downloaded the update, along with the network update...
    But then it tells me that I need to download something else, and when I accept, it says:
    * Update cannot start, the battery charge level is low ***

    Even though I'm plugged into the mains...

    You still need to charge the battery to over 80%.

    In fact, after charging the update, it will prompt you to install it by pressing X.

    If you know someone who owns a cracked PSP, get a DDC Kit to properly reinstall your official firmware. I think you need to properly format flash 1 to resolve this issue.

      A DDC Kit consists of a modified battery (Pandora battery) and a modified memory card (Magic Memory Stick [MS Magique]). These modifications to the battery and memory card are reversible.


      There are several versions of the DDC Kit:
      -- The DDC Kit V3 allows the installation of Official Firmware 3.71 and Custom Firmware 3.71 M33-2.
      -- The DDC Kit V4 allows the installation of Official Firmware 3.80 and Custom Firmware 3.80 M33-5.
      -- The DDC Kit V5 allows the installation of Official Firmware 3.90 and Custom Firmware 3.90 M33-3.
      -- The DDC Kit V6 allows the installation of Official Firmware 4.01 and Custom Firmware 4.01 M33-2.
      -- The DDC Kit V7 allows the installation of Official Firmware 4.01 and Custom Firmware 4.01 M33-2.

      Warning: A FAT PSP battery (1st generation PSP) can be used in a Slim PSP (the cover cannot be put back on, but the battery fits well enough and the manipulation is not very long), but not the other way around. Therefore, to hack a FAT PSP using a Slim PSP or a Slim PSP using a FAT PSP, the battery of the FAT PSP needs to be modified.


      - Without an already hacked PSP, so manually (Warning: The battery needs to be opened for modification (risk of bricking the battery) and creation of the MS Magique using a PC)
