Bonjour,
j'ai besoin de votre aide, quand je lance l'analyse XoftSkySE, il détecte un problème : Système Antivirus 2008 software\sav
Je n'y connait pas grand chose, pouvez-vous m'aider ? est-ce grave, comment m'en débarrasser ?

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Bonjour jlpjlp,
j'ai lancé l'analyse du fichier hijackthis sur virustotal (résultat ci-dessous) mais peux-tu m'expliquer comment le coller sur C:\Windows\System\w98eject.exe
je m'y connais très peu en informatique et je te poserais sans doute des questions idiotes. Soit indulgent avec moi.

tu dis poser "des questions idiotes", ce n'est pas grave du tout. personne ne connais tout en informatique, c'est mieux de demander et de passer pour un novice plutôt que de rester ignorant et d'avoir peur de passer pour un idiot.
de plus, jlpjlp est quelqu'un de bien (^^) et il ne va pas t'engueuler dessus parce que tu lui aura poser une question.

Il me demande de payer pour désinfecter mon PC, j'ai déjà un antivirus.

pour info mon antivirus viens de me prévenir qu'il avait trouvé et détruit un cheval de Troie.

J'ai relancé l'analyse XoftSkySE, il détecte toujours : Système Antivirus 2008 software\sav Que puis-je faire ?

1/ telecharger :

2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je ne t'avais pas répondu car je n'avais pas tout compris et je n'osais pas faire tout ce que tu me demandais.
Mon frère qui s'y connait beaucoup plus que moi est venu ce week-end et a réussi à régler mon problème en remettant à jour XoftSpy Se 4.33.

pour clore la discussion tu coche la case résolu au dessus de ton premier message mais si tu n'es pas inscrit tu ne peux pas
