Bonjour,
voila je suis infecté par vundo.gen gai besoin daide cest urgent
Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

    Salut !!

    Fais un rapport hijackthis pour que je puisse vérifier les infections de ton pc stp

    Télécharge hijackthis à cette adresse, tout est expliqué pour bien l installer et pour savoir s'en servir :

    Comment copier/coller le rapport :

    Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

    ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

    pourquoi ne l as tu pas installé sur le C: ??

    commence par faire ceci stp :

    Télécharger sur le bureau malwarebytes à cette adresse :

    Voici un tuto pour bien l installer et bien l utiliser :

    aide toi bien du tuto pour supprimer correctement ce qu il aura trouvé

    Après l analyse, redémarrer le pc et poste le rapport !!

    ensuite :

    Télécharge sur le bureau virtumundobegone :

    (c est le numéro 13 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

    déconnecte internet et désactive ton antivirus le temps de la manipulation

    => Double clic sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe
    => Clic Continue ==> clic Start
    => Clic Oui
    => A la fin si Vundo est présent , le PC s’éteint et redémarre
    - Si Ecran bleu et message : Erreur fatale .. pas de problème
    => Poster le rapport VBG.TXT qui est sur le bureau

    Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

    Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

    - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
    - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
    - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

    ensuite télécharge combofix (par sUBs) à cette adresse :

    (c est le numéro 5 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

    et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

    désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

    Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau à cette adresse :

    (c est le numéro 7 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

    Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
    Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée.
    Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras dans la citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste List of Files/Folders to move.

    c:\windows\system32\jkkdcrqh.dll
    c:\users\christ~1\appdata\local\temp\urlmkigf.dll

    clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
    Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
    Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
    Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

    Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

    ensuite :

    Fix.reg

    Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisi nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en gras dans la citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait sans les barres(x)) :

    Puis click sur "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
    dans : sur le bureau
    Nom du fichier : fix.reg
    Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
    clique sur "enregistrer"

    ca doit ressembler à ca une fois enregistré :

    double clique sur fix.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
    Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

    ensuite redémarre le pc et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

    on va tester si tu veux...fais ceci stp :

    Télécharge RAV Antivirus d'Evosla à cette adresse (c est le numéro 16 en bas de la page) :

    https://www.androidworld.fr/

    # Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
    # Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
    # Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
    # Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
    # Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
    # Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
    # Poste le rapport, si infection!

    PS : il te restait 2 infections avant de faire OtmoveIT et maintenant y en a 3 :s

    ▶ Télécharger l'utilitaire FixVundo (Symantec) :

    (c est le numéro 10 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

    ▶ Lancer "FixVundo" en double-cliquant sur son icône.

    ▶ Démarrer l'analyse en Cliquant sur "Start".

    ▶ A la fin, un rapport d'analyse "FixVundo.log" est disponible dans le dossier de lancement de l'utilitaire.

    ▶ copier/coller le rapport dans le nouveau message sur le forum

      non mais apparament je des soucis pour reactiver les comptes utilisateur car quan je vai dan activer ou desac les compte utlisateurs la case coché ne les pas mais par contre dans le centre de sécurité il est indiqué quil est activé...?

    normalement tu dois cocher la case pour le désactiver, non ?? Donc c est normal si elle est décochée que le centre de sécurité te dis qu il est activé...

    Je n ai pas vista donc je ne saurais pas te dire exactement :s

    vas cocher la case pour désactiver le controle des comptes, valides puis redémarre ton pc.

    ensuite quand tu seras redémarré, vas vérifier qu il est toujours bien désactivé et réessayes combofix stp

    Si tu sais imprimer le tuto de combofix ca serait bien...car tu n auras pas acces au net pendant l analyse avec combofix..

    Tu devras désactiver ton antivirus et te déconnecter du net.

    Si tu n arrives plus à te reconnecter apres combofix, il y a une partie dans le tuto qui t explique comment faire pour réparer ta connexion ;-)

    oui ca règlera ton problème mais je ne propose jamais de reformater tant que je n aurais pas tout essayé pour désinfecter les pc...En reformatant, tous tes documents, photos, etc...qui sont sur le disque C: vont etre supprimés et tu devras aussi réinstaller tous tes pilotes...

    Vas quand meme faire une analyse en ligne avec bitdefender, on ne sait jamais :

      okje vai le desinfecté au max avec ton aide si tu est daccord mais q quil en soit je vais formater et passer a linux
