Pb au démarage 128...unknown error (code 5)

Bonjour,
Quand je démarre l'engin, voila ce qui apparaît :
(Scanning for 92390 viruses, trojans and variants.
Checking memory for viruses...is ok
128...unknown error (code 5)
Puis des lettres et des chiffres défilent ex: CS:200USE32 page granular limit FFFFFFF Etc...
je dois appuyer sur une touche pour continuer et alors l'ordinateur s'allume avec le message suivant: Avsynmgr a causé une défaillance de page dans le module MCSCAN.
l'écran s'allume alors et je peux à peu près m'en servir.
De plus quand je l'éteint 1 message apparaît: win min. j'appuie sur fin de tache et mon ordinateur s'éteint..DLL
