Resident evil 2 block on psp

Hello, I have a problem with RE 2 on PSP, everything is fine but when I enter the police station, it freezes!! I have this issue with 3 different versions of the eboot :( why?? Do I need to be on a special firmware? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.2

    Hi, to bypass the police station bug, try to load the popsloader in 3.40 and you'll see a screen asking you to format the used data correctly. Accept it and the police station bug will disappear. I didn't understand everything, but it worked. P.S: my PSP is on 5.50 gen-b.
