Bonjour, j'ai été infestée par ms antivirus et, n'étant pas très douée en informatique, je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser. J'aurai besoin d'un petit coup de main si possible.

Smitfraudfix ne marche pas il me dit "accès refusé" après avoir entré 1 et ne me genère pas de rapport. Dois-je essayer avec sdfix?

Maintenant, démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains pc) dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter, avant l'apparition du logo Windows.
Un menu va apparaitre, déplace-toi avec les flèches du clavier sur Démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape Entrée. Choisis ta session habituelle, et ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et la taille des icones changent, c'est normal !

Relance le programme SmitfraudFix.
Cette fois, choisis l’option 2, répond oui à tous;
A la fin, sauvegarde le rapport, redémarre en mode normal, copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

Comme prévu, un passage de SDFix maintenant ;)

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

Je n'arrive pas à lancer RunThis.bat . Lorsque je double clique le programme s'ouvre et se referme instantanément.

J'ai essayé de faire comme Balltrap34 m'a dit pour sdfix mais lorsque je fais executer %systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe
un cadre noir s'affiche avec une ligne de commande:
C:\Windows\System32>
et je ne sais pas ce que je dois écrire après cette ligne.

il faut que tu decompresse sdfix.exe et que tu mette le dossier sdfix dans c:

ensuite tu fait demarrer executer et tu met ceci
%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe

la une fenetre dos va s ouvrir si c est le cas et qu il te demande confirmation repond par y et la touche entrer
referme ensuite la fenetre et essai de relancer runthisbat

C'est bien ce que j'avais fait. J'ai réessayé quand même mais toujours rien.
Est-ce vraiment important ou est-ce que le BitDefender Online Scanner que j'ai fait (post 35) suffit?
Mon ordi est-t-il clean maintenant ou y a t-il encore des choses a faire?
