Hello, I just bought an Acer Aspire 7720 and I downloaded the Bluetooth drivers from the Acer website, but the computer says that no device is installed, so I would like to know how to install it.
Thank you in advance for your response
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

So in that case, why put a Bluetooth button and use it as a selling point?

Hi, I also have an Acer 7720G. The Bluetooth works on Windows XP and Windows Vista, but it doesn't work on Windows 7.

Hello, I checked the computer's manual but it doesn't say anything, and I do have a Bluetooth button on the computer, but when I press it, it tells me there are no Bluetooth devices.

Well, it's simple, you activate it and then you install your driver!!!! First, think about uninstalling it if you had installed it. And redo the action I just told you.

I also have an ASPIRE 7720G, I am a computer scientist, and I can confirm that there is Bluetooth on my laptop. When I press the button, the blue indicator light underneath turns on, and in the device manager, it also shows "Broadcom 2045 Bluetooth 2.0+EDR USB Device." In short, my only problem is that I can't find a driver that is compatible with Windows 7. If anyone could give me a tip, I would appreciate it. Only there are models that do not have Bluetooth, even though the button or switch is indeed present on the laptop, but nothing happens when it is activated.

You might need to activate your Bluetooth! Did you read the computer's manual to see if there's something to activate or a button to press on the computer?

I apologize, I have the same problem with my Acer Aspire 7720. I had to format it and reinstall everything (a friend helped me do it), but I can't find the Bluetooth driver to install it.

Il faut installer la carte à l'intérieur de l'ordi, elle s'achète mais je n'ai pas besoin de Bluetooth, le pilote sans carte ne sert à rien.

You need to have at least 2 mobiles with Bluetooth activated, for me when I click on the button it says: Bluetooth activated.
