Virus Win 32: Agent - PSG

Bonjour,
Mon PC est infesté par le virus Win 32: Agent - PSG, des fichiers ont été créés dans le répertoire c:\windows\fonts à hauteur de 32 giga. Je ne peux pas afficher ces fichiers avec explorer pour les supprimer.
Quelqu'un peut-il me donner une solution pour éradiquer ce problème?

mon disque dur D ne veut plus s'ouvrir depuis j'ai installé un USB à un ami pour lui enregistere quelques renseignements à travers internet SVP que devrais-je faire? Merci beaucoup pour votre serviabilité

tu es sévèrement infectés.
On peut essayer de désinfecter (et on a des chances d'éradiquer ce qui est visible).
Mais je ne peut pas te garantir que ton ordi sera totalement sécurisé à la fin de la désinfection.
Si tu décides de désinfecter, fais ceci :
Rends toi sur cette page web pour obtenir les liens de téléchargement, ainsi que des instructions pour exécuter l'outil:

* Vérifie que tu as fermé/désactivé tous les programmes anti-virus, anti-malware ou anti-spyware afin qu'ils n'interfèrent pas avec le travail de ComboFix.
Envoie le contenu de C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse afin que je l'examine.

Si tu prends la décision de formater, je t'aiderai afin que tu sauvegardes tes données personnelles.
Je n'exclus pas que le rapport de Combofix montre une infection que l'on ne sait pas traiter actuellement; -

Télécharge ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit-
