Bonjour,
Mon Laptop prend beaucoup de temps pour s'arrêter il met au moin O5 minutes quand il est sous baterie et quand il est sous alimentation il met plus de 10 minutes je voudrais savoir comment faire pour remedier à ce pb

certainement un problème de surchauffe, verifie les temperature des composants de ton pc!

télécharge everest et donne moi les temperature que tu as avec les composants correspondants! (ordinateur>sonde)

non chui sous baterie
il arrive souvent que cela soit un pilote qui empeche la fermeture .souvent la cam sur les pc acer .j'ai eu aussi le probleme avec mon pilote wifi ....
ou peut etre l'effacement du pagefile a la fermeture .

ba pour ma part j'ai tenté pas mal de chose .en fait pour le proble du wifi je m'en suis apercu en desactivant le wifi avec le bouton sur le coté du portable quand le pc bloquait .et le pc s'eteignait automatiquement .faut tester pas mal de trucs.
tu peut aussi desactiver les pilotes dans le gestionnaire de peripheriques.

en fait je te demandait la version de ton BIOS ,c'était pour voir si une mise a jour de celui ci pouvait résoudre un problème de ce genre .pour connaitre la version il faut soit utiliser everest .ou entrer dans le BIOS,ou peut être au démarrage il se peut que la version s'affiche a coté du logo lenovo .
