j'ai un souci que je n'arrive pas à résoudre :
plus possible d'avoir en page de démarrage celle de mon provider, (tiscali), même si je supprime les cookies, les dossiers temporaires etc etc, j'ai à la place "search for..."(bien sûr sans adresse mais avec "about: blank" et une alerte disant que j'ai un spyware. A priori je devais avoir killreg mais j'ai dû l'enlever que faire ?

tu as essayer de faire un scan avec ad-aware.
si ca ne marche pas, fait voir le log de HijackThis sur http://telecharger.com/

je viens d'essayer hijack mais il trouve plein de truc et je ne sais pas quoi enlever !

justement il faut nous montrer ton log:
lance un scan avec le prob puis va dans config, selectionne l'onglet Misc Tool > generate startuplist log.
Maintenant copie tout le log ici pour que l'on puisse t aider
