Problème de pub intempestives

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème de pub intempestives qui s'affichent et malgrès toutes les solutions que j'ai pu trouver sur
les forums (navilog1 m'avait résolu le même genre de probleme mais la ça marche pas ) je n'arrive
pas a regler ce souci... je mets a votre disposition un logfile fais avec hijackthis afin que vous m'apportiez votre aide car la je suis un peu largué...je vous remercie d'avance ;)
