Bonjour, et merci de votre aide
avast me dit qu un rootkit est detecté, je le supprime de suite mais sans effet malgre une analuse par avast
voila l'lalerte
fichier : MBR: \\physicaldrive0
secteur de demarrage caché

en plus j'ai en fond ecran une image d alerte windows

Salut,

- Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.htm

- Mets-le à jour

- Redémarre en mode sans échec (Recommandé) :
https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/

- Choisis ta session habituelle

- Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

- Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

j ai fait comme tu m as dit mais voila il boot et reboote sur des pb fichier
bad pool header
sysinternals great site
...
un ecran bleau apparait il me donne toujours les memes noms de fichiers et reboot sans aller plus loin
que dois je faire

Salut !! commence par faire ceci stp :

Option 1 - Recherche :

télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau à cette adresse (c est le numéro 2 en bas de la page) :

https://www.androidworld.fr/

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

un ecran bleau apparait il me donne toujours les memes noms de fichiers et reboot sans aller plus loin

vas faire les mises à niveau de java et adobe reader à ces adresses stp :

java : https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

adobe reader XP : https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

et ensuite désinstalles les versions antérieures.

ensuite : (tu peux le faire demain si tu veux)

télécharge ad-aware et spybot à cette adresse : https://www.androidworld.fr/

fais les mises à jours et analyses (Ne fais qu une analyse à la fois)

Viens signaler ce qu ils ont trouvés et dire si si tu as encore des problemes ??

J'ai mis à jour adobe et java
par contre j'ai telechargé adware et spy
mais je suis deja equipe avec avast, ZA et spywarefighter
si je les mets aurais je des conflits

Non il n y aura pas de conflits...

Fais attention lors de l installation de ne pas installer les boucliers résidents de spybot, ils sont embetant

boulot fini !!!
voila le rapport advare

Par contre spyboot tourne mais avast detecte une virus : WBS MALVARE-gen
j'ai beau le supprimer ou le mettre en quanrataine rien n'y fait avast m'avertit systematiquement
