Bonjour tout le monde,
j'arrive pa à désinstaller mon antivirus avast pour installer 1autre.
il me di ke le système ne pe pa charger iNews.htm.
aidez moi please le plus vite possible
car g 1 gran travail avc mon PC,et si il reste sans protéction sera la cata.

- fixed a bug causing the computer to freeze during virus database update
- fixed program crashes under Windows 9x/ME
- fixed a bug in MIME packer causing it to fail on specific large files
- the mail protection wizard now doesn't insist on SMTP/POP3 account specification (if there is no set up on the computer)
- fixed a bug causing the Explorer to crash when selecting an action on a large number of files
- fixed a bug causing a blank icon to be shown on the taskbar in case VRDB icon was merged
- license key can now be entered via copy and paste again
- fixed minor memory leaks
- log Viewer now works much faster (especially for large log files)
- Win9x/ME can now add their files to the virus chest
- enhanced user interface now shows status of the VRDB generation (just like the simple interface)
- the Explorer (quick) scanner now scans all archives by default
- iframe detection in mail heuristics is now more subtle (local x remote + exceptions)

- added the auto-complete function to program's text fields (where applicable)

réinstalle avast puis désinstalle l avec son fichier uninstal.exe sinon va dans panneau  d configuration ajouter/supprimer des programmes et clic sur l'icone avast puis supprimer.
Note: avast est une vraie passoire d virus, il est null. Installe kaspersky c'est l plus performant des antivirus

Tu parles d'Avast ? desolé mais renseigne toi et tu verras qu'il a une base de signature virale beaucoup moins importante et qu'il met plus de temps a acquerir ces nouvelles signatures !

Bonjour
Sur la page de l' utilitaire de désinstallation il faut lire mode emploi.

soit tu passe l' utilitaire en mode sans échec, 

soit tu désactive l' autoprotection d' avast en faisant
clic droit sur la boule à côté de l' horloge; réglages; dépannage; dans la fenêtre à droite clique met en vert l' avant dernière ligne désactiver le module d' autodéfense d' avast. OK
redémarre l' ordinateur pour valider réglage. 
tu devrais pouvoir passer l' outil de désinstallation même en mode normal maintenant.

Avast est gratuit mais il faut lire les conseils et le régler , comme les autres pour bien protéger.

Ps désolé, je suis un peu incompréhensible il parait mais j' essaie.
