Bonjour,jsuis infecter mais jsuis pourri en la matiere pourriez vous m aider svp merci

    télécharge ceci puis fait un scan complet ensuite à la fin afficher le rapport puis supprimer les fichiers trouvés.

    puis ensuite un fois cela fait fait un rapport hijackthis

      Je pense que si c'était le cas, notre internaute l'aurait déjà fait.
      Mais un anti-virus n'est parfois pas suffisant pour supprimer un virus.

      On peut s'estimer heureux, en général, les internaute ne nous donne aucun détail, c'est juste "pouvez analyser mon rapport hijackthis?"

    Bon, il n'y a rien de tres méchant:

    fixe déjà ces lignes:

    puis fait le rapport malware.

    Après tu analyseras avec virus total ces fichier:
    C:\Program Files\XP Antivirus\xpa.exe
    c:\documents and settings\client\local settings\application data\pcatkvmcnn.exe
    c:\documents and settings\client\local settings\application data\xswfct.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\mvqvqxkx.dll

    puis tu mettra à jour ton SP sur le site de Microsoft Windows update pour télécharger la dernière version du service pack.

    et enfin tu téléchargera et installera un par feu sur ton ordinateur, tu peut en prendre un dans cette liste.

    Salut

    Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

    Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
    Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)
